Everyone here from the schedulers (and talked to 3 different schedulers) to the office personnel to the techs were ABSOLUTELY TOP NOTCH! They were all so nice, patient, explained things super well to me about the process. I typically go to the IHC hospitals for my MRI's but was suggested to come here and I can tell you this will be were I come from now one. Even tho know one told me that my spinal stimulator had to be charged in order to put it in MRI mode and I had to go home charge it and come back it was a very pleasant experience Once the problem was resolved things moved very quickly and efficiently! The physicality was very clean and neat! Staff were great!
