My first visit to the Issaquah location. I've been a customer of the Rayus Bellevue for years, but my appointment was rescheduled to Issaquah due to a staffing issue. The Issaquah location is tucked away and easy to miss, but is a spotless, new facility. The radiology technician/phlebotomist by the name of Allison did an amazing job. She gets high marks for inserting the stent once and without leaving a bruise(s) (my veins are finicky), has a wonderful demeanor, and explained the process with great clarity. I have an MRI first and then a serious effects rise. Both technicians are efficient and friendly. They also made sure I was comfortable. I couldn't have asked for better service.
Had an MRI done here. It’s clean and tidy.
I was treated horribly at this location over an insurance error that they made. I was repeatedly dismissed and made to feel I was in the wrong. Had I not stood up for myself, I could’ve ended up paying $200 out of pocket for a procedure that insurance may have covered (my husband’s procedure was covered at 100%), at least in part. They weren’t going to submit a claim to insurance and when I asked for a superbill so I could submit it myself for reimbursement, their answer was “good luck with that, your insurance won’t cover i... read more
