Excellent experience from start to finish with my MRI with contrast die.
Booked my appointment TWO MONTHS out. A week before I get a call saying that I can't use the doctor that I had used to refer me for my ultrasound and needed an MD so it was a rush for me to get my very busy family doctor to get me a refferal last minute. The icing on the cake is I show up today and am told they don't take my insurance? Like are you kidding me. The phone calls earlier that week were about pre authorization with m insurance! I’ve needed imaging done for almost 2 months, no one answers the phone..
Friendly staff, nice waiting room. I’ve been multiple times and always in and out as scheduled
Outstanding customer service! I was so well taken care of by Tina. She got me in quickly , helped get paperwork pushed through quickly and followed up with my doctor’s office since somehow they never sent it over. She made the process easy and seamless. Not only is issaquah a clean office but DR Singh reviewed my MRI within an hour of having it done and quickly got back to me. So grateful for the high quality care I received from Dr Singh and his associates. Can’t speak highly enough about him or his team!
