Kara is an exceptional doctor. She was so sweet and kind from start to finish. She was extremely thorough but what I appreciate the most was her incredible bedside manner. To make someone feel very comfortable and explain every step during a somewhat stressful procedure is a gift and I very much appreciate that.
Update: I went in for the rescheduled visit and everything was on time AND the technician was amazing! She explained everything clearly and was calm and reassuring. Exactly everything the first visit was not. 40 min wait and then the tech couldn't find my vein. I had to reschedule. Very frustrating experience.

My first visit to the Issaquah location. I've been a customer of the Rayus Bellevue for years, but my appointment was rescheduled to Issaquah due to a staffing issue. The Issaquah location is tucked away and easy to miss, but is a spotless, new facility. The radiology technician/phlebotomist by the name of Allison did an amazing job. She gets high marks for inserting the stent once and without leaving a bruise(s) (my veins are finicky), has a wonderful demeanor, and explained the process with great clarity.
