Denise and Carly were wonderful! Even after some scheduling issues, Denise was so kind and respectful. Having a great interaction with the receptionist really helps to make you feel comfortable. She was so pleasant. Carly (short brown hair and glasses, man I hope I didnt mix up their names 😆) helped with my overwhelming anxiety and claustrophobia. I was TERRIFIED. I had an MRI of my shoulder here because I was in an accident and the lawyer sent me here. I have very regular MRIs at the U because I have multiple sclerosis. So I can compare them to the U. This clinic is a joke, extremely unprofessional, compared to my experience at the U. Im in a wheelchair. I was also taken for an X-ray. The X-ray room looked like a messy broom closet, and about that size. My lawyer wanted to send me for another MRI, this time of my back. So I called to schedule.
