Hands down one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve had (in the American HC system). The staff kept me informed of pre-authorizations, denials, etc. They worked with me as I ran down details for the pre-authorization. There was one hiccup where they called to schedule the wrong imaging, but it was remedied quickly.
