I have done MRIs here in the past. And to be fair, I have had a pretty good experience most of the time (other than one visit where they really dropped the ball on my scheduling and getting prior authorization). So this review is specifitin regard to this latest scheduling attempt. My issue is with this latest interaction. I called to schedule. Provided my insurance info. The ladies were all polite and very courteous. They answered all my questions and let me know what they were doing and what the procedure entailed ..they were all very professional and hey I was asked what I listened to ..lol and I know they had no idea what alternative rock was ..but they played it for me . This review is not about the technicians—they were kind and treated me with care and respect. I’m giving 3 stars based on my experience in the waiting room and the front desk staff’s handling of my appointment. I arrived 10–15 minutes early, completed a stack of paperwork, and was still on time. Yet I waited over 40 minutes. Only after I asked did they realize my completed forms were still sitting at the desk. After changing, I waited another 15 minutes.
