I waited for three weeks for my imaging appointment and took the day off of work to accommodate the appointment. Rayus called and cancelled LESS THAN ONE HOUR before my appointment. The next available appointment was 3 weeks later. Rayus charges $100+ fee if a patient cancels an appointment with less than 24 hours. Obviously they consider their time valuable and a patient's time worthless. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Awful place. Not enough staff, and no contact until you walk in and they say they can't see you.
