I used to go to this office when dr Adams was there, I went to see a different dr in the same clinic after she left. He refused to fill certain prescriptions I had been taking for years. That was the last co-pay they ever received from me. My mom stopped going there as well. And my dad has had tests done there over a month ago and still hasn't received the results. Went a couple days ago and was seen by the nurse practitioner. They prescribed medicine saying they would call it in. Here two days later it still hasn't been called in. I called yesterday and again today and left a message for the nurse practitioner and she has yet to call me back. I haven't been to the doctor in years and already thinking choosing a doctor close to home was a bad idea.
Dr. Adams was the best. Now she is gone and her patients are left out in the cold by the clinic. Need a prescription refill.....does it take a week....oh you may need an appointment...well anytime i try it takes a month or i have to see the foreign doctor i cannot understand. Just give me my medicine and I will find real medical care somewhere else
This place is a complete joke. I need a new prescription for test strips. I left a message for the nurse on 10/16/15. The did send it to the pharmacy but did not tell them the amount. As of 10/22/15 the nurse or doctor has yet to call the pharmacy to tell them the amount of test strips. I tried calling the office at 12:15 and they are closed until 1:00 for lunch. You can't even leave a message during this time.
Dr Adams is so sweet I have never experienced a Dr as sweet as her
Dr. Adams is sweet, funny, kind and compassionate! My appointments with her feel more like a visit with a good friend. She has diagnosed chronic issues that no other dr ever bothered to look into. I really appreciate that she is concerned with improving my clinical status and not just my lab work!!
