Service seems to be good, time will tell the quality of sealants they applied. I paid about double the rate of a licensed electrician for cleaning services. I cant say if their charges are more than competitors but I was surprised, though they bring sizable machines to do the work.
Raytone was great from start to finish. Our two 80 lb. dogs are like shedding machines, and they love to leave 80%-90% of their fur on our brand new, expensive, wool carpet. I spoke to Angela who was able to get us an appointment in a timely manner (THANK YOU, ANGELA!).
