Kept me up to date My car failed on me, and I figured I'd give these guys a shot. It turned out to be a great decision. They are committed both to fixing your car up like new, and giving wonderful customer service. They always kept me up to date on what was going on, and they did their best to assist me in living my life with minimal inconvenience. My car hasn't run this good in years, I'd highly recommend these guys!
Always follows up I love that these guys are great at following up on the status of my car. They also always send us their news letters which by the way they are great and also their discounts. They get the job done right the first time.

Bad service I got my oil changed from Ray's and they forgot to reset the iDrive. Instead of admitting it Ray was rude with me over the phone. He seriously had a attitude problem. Also, they changed the license plate frames to Ray's Ultimate without even informing me. And they charge a lot compared to other places too. I will not recommend anyone to go there.
