Nothing to complain about I've been a customer of Ray's Ultimate Service Center for a couple years now, and I still yet have nothing to complain about. They are always upfront and very informative with what's going on with my car. I always try to send business their way.

Weekend Warrior I've only taken my Mini to Ray. My other cars I could care less where they go but My Mini is my weekend baby!
Bad service I got my oil changed from Ray's and they forgot to reset the iDrive. Instead of admitting it Ray was rude with me over the phone. He seriously had a attitude problem. Also, they changed the license plate frames to Ray's Ultimate without even informing me. And they charge a lot compared to other places too. I will not recommend anyone to go there.
Ray's Ultimate BMW After my warranty period ended this year, I have been in a casual search of a new service center. When my check engine light had been going on and off for a couple weeks, this forced me to do some serious research. After finding Rays in the local chapters newsletter, I was able to get my car in the next day. After talking with Rays wife, she speculated it was probably a camshaft sensor failure.
