Our family recently relocated to the area. We decided to shop a local store, not the big box store. We chose Ray's Tv and Appliance. The experience was wonderful! Smiles, knowledge, courtesy, fair prices. Very happy experience! Thank you Kollin!
They sold me a 60" flat screen without ever disclosing the T.V. I was buying was a floor display model. AFTER the T.V. was delivered and I discovered it was the display T.V. model from the store, I was told "there was a reason it was $399.00 off". The sign on the T.V. read "instant $399.00 rebate". Nothing about display model discount. At least Wal-Mart CLEARLY labels their T.V.'s as display models. I've bought all my major appliances from Ray's for years. I will never buy anything from them again.
