My partner and I recently had to purchase a new refrigerator, and Ray’s made the experience genuinely easy. We stopped in late on a Friday night—about ten minutes before closing—and were still greeted warmly by the receptionist. Tony Doll welcomed us right away. I have been using Rays for all my appliances for years. I have always been treated well except for my most recent encounter. The salesman (Zach) was so rude! I asked about a certain dishwasher and the installation. He said “that’s not my problem “. My question was to make sure I order the right type of dishwasher, but I was so upset by the way he was talking to me that I just left. I felt so disrespected.

The store was very clean and they treated me with patience and knowledge. Very professional, friendly and not pushy. I ordered a washing machine and it was delivered promptly with quickness and experienced and friendly personal.
