We had a problem on a Sunday morning. The guy (I'm sorry I didn't get your name!) went straight to work on our car and got us back on the road in an hour. Super friendly. Super helpful and a marvelous price. Thank you!!!!!!

Back in July, our dodge caravan was overheating a few miles away from this location. I was in a total panic. We'd just had our previous van die catastrophically on us, and we had just bought this van the month before and had the transmission completely rebuilt two days before. My mind was going straight to worse case scenarios. We were traveling from Utah to Texas and were a few hours into the second day of our road trip. I was pregnant and We had two young kids in the back. My sister's wedding was at 9am the next morning. W... read more

Our motorhome broke down just outside of Tucumcari. The owner came out and looked at the engine and said we needed a new fuel pump. We got another place to tow us in and Ray's got us in and worked on the next morning. Everyone was really nice, especially Rachel..the gal at the front counter. Everything could have been so much worse, but they were friendly faces and the help we needed.

Sorry this is such a delayed post. In early June of this year was traveling on vacation from Missouri to Grand Canyon in a class C RV. Second day out had a blow out and we were lucky enough to be close to Tucumcari- just happened to reach Ray’s. They were there in less than an hour, changed the tire and then we drove to their shop where we bought 4 new tires. They rotated the two good tires and mounted the four new in less than hour and we were on our way again. Bret and everyone there were so helpful and pleasant. Recommend... read more

I had an engine fault pop up on I-40 just west of town. Ray spoke to me on the phone, and said he would look at the problem first thing Sunday morning. ( mothers day ) He had experience with the engine, applied a repair, and recommended stopping in Amarillo at one of the dealers to have them review the engine code, and look further in to it. The dealer stated what Ray did was what the engine needed. Almost 4000 miles later, the RV is home back in its garage, and no further errors. Honesty at a fair price, what more can you a... read more
