A Ray's representative was at my house the day after I called to inquire about using their services. The man that came out was very knowledgeable and made great recommendations on trimming our trees. The crew showed up a couple of weeks later as promised and did the entire job in approx. five hours with absolutely no issues. The clean up was spectacular. Very professional all the way around and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Showed up with no advanced notice 3 times. Broke fence when they had a big branch fall on it. Their truck in my driveway left 10 oil spots. The 3rd tree taken down, but the stump has not been grounded out. No communication with me about competing the job

One of their crews, who were especially incompetent and actually appeared to be impaired at several points during the day, severely damaged local power lines while attempting a tree removal. This incident left over 180 homes without power for more than five hours in the middle of winter.

I have a mature River Birch Tree that took a beating due to cicadas and last year's drought. Ben, the arborist, came by and gave good advice. I can always depend on Ray's Tree Services.
