Mercedes E-350 broke down, and I called and asked if they could work on this model. They said yes, and found that it wasn't the transmission, but the drive shaft and steering unit. I again asked if they were the right shop for the job and they assured me they were. When I got the car back, the check-engine light was on, the cruise control, all-wheel drive, and ABS brakes did not work (all formerly working fine).
