We spent more on this blind than we ever have 2/3 years ago. It has been in the same spot. Because of the carpet on walls and floor we diddnt notice until now that there is an open seam for the trim around the window that is on bottom instead of top on one window that has been allowing rain to soak down that wall. The wall is buckling and the particle board floor is damaged. Called and the answer was "sorry". This has obviously been a problem since the initial build and not a result of something we did. .
