Ray is a crook. He does half-assed work at a high price. He put in a small RV park for me and didn't get any permits and didn't have anything inspected. The first thing that happened when the first rv plugged in to the electric outlet that Ray's installed, it shorted out their whole electrical system and fried all electrical appliances and the refrigerator even caught on fire.
