Despite them having to come multiple times due to the furnace acting really weird. Every time they came, it was with a great attitude and very humble appearance. Thank you for giving us heat back again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for great service and a great price!
Emily is great. But I'm unhappy with the price. Terry's quote for my first heater installation was higher than other vendors. But we had agreed on a time, so it's fine. For second furnace installation, we negotiated around $1,500, Another company quote was also $1,500, including materials,It can be installed the next day. I think if the price is the same, I want to support Terry, support local businesses so I told him I can wait for him. Great experience with Ray’s plumbing! Terry responded to my inquiry very quickly and within the same day they were able to come and fix our kitchen sink. They were in and out in 20 minutes. Very affordable and efficient- no more leaks! Highly recommend!
