Jim & his wife are the dynamic duo who run the business & do an excellent job. I brought in our boat W/ some issues in the engine. Jim figured out what the problems were & fixed then W/ in 2-3 Hrs. We were very lucky to have found Jim to work on our boat. WOOOOW who does that...........Jim does! We were very pleased W/ the outcome & the quick turn around. I contacted several other companies. RPM was by far the most responsive. James took care of a difficult problem and made it as easy and affordable as possible. I truly felt he was looking out for my best interest and not just doing a job for money. He was communicating with me throughout the process of the job. I will be using RPM for all of my service and repair needs going forward.
James is one of a kind - honest and fair. He took care of my boat A to Z. II brought him an outdrive and boat that would not run - he turned it into a new vessel. I can not thank James enough for taking care of me in an industry filled with crooks and part thieves - being able to trust him meant alot to me. Thank you James!
Excellent service. Expertise is above and beyond. Fixed what no-one else could figure out what was wrong. Fast service. Had my motor replaced by someone else but couldn't seem to get it running properly. Took it to James. Called James at Ray's Performance Marine. Was able to get me in quickly.
