Ray does work OK doing painting for years. But he’s been a cheater to me, putting my job below his other projects, just dragged my job on and on, with a couple of low skilled workers on the job and hardly showed up himself, always with excuses. My jobs were promised to finish in 3 weeks, but they ended with 3 months on one and never started after he took the 1/3 of the payment.
