Ray is absolutely the best spa guy in town!!! Called him after hours and he came over and got my hot tub working! Not to mention a really cool guy.
Ray and his team are great! They are fast, friendly and knowledgeable about hot tubs! They were able to come in where Scott with Aqua Time dropped the ball and left us with hundreds of dollars in parts he told us to order and Ray found they did not need to be replaced. The hot tub works great now! So if you want fast and friendly knowledgeable service from someone who wants to help you Ray’s is the place! You might have to pester him by phone to get him to answer but the work is done well!

Ray first replaced my 4 year old hot tub's circuit board (blown out chip) about 4 years ago and was reliable and priced fairly. Four years later, earlier this month, my hot tub died. On the phone he walked me thru checking the fuses and sure enough one was bad. After I made a trip to Ace for a couple of the correct size fuses (they MUST be the same type and size) and since they come in a two pack I now have a spare. Ray didn't charge me anything for helping me while others probably would have charged a couple hundred dollars... read more
Thanks Ray! Called him up, and told him my problem. He said he was too booked out to come anytime soon but told me step by step over the phone how to fix it! For free! And it worked. Good deeds like this deserve to be recognized
