Very poor shoddy service. I had to call everytime they said they would do something. They never once followed through on what they said they would do and left us hanging and then we got the bill. It was reasonable if they had done anything they said they would without me calling and asking about the follow-up. So disappointed that we have a company like that in our area.
I recently had an issue getting power to the pump on my well. I phoned Ray’s and spoke with Becky and explained the situation. She scheduled an appointment with a technician for later the same day. I soon received a call from Joe and explained the problem. He was at my residence within a half hour and resolved the problem. He also checked the water pressure switch and made sure I had the right amount of air in the water tank. I was very impressed with everyone I spoke with and the service I received from Ray’s.
Ray's Heating has been amazing! They are quick to be on the job and confident in what they do.
Great service. Tech was very knowledgeable and resolved my problem quickly.
