My mother called Ray's Heating and Cooling due to her thermostat automatically cutting on even in the off position. A technician from Ray's came out, did not troubleshoot anything! He went into the basement,wasted time;then said that he could not find anything wrong. Charged $89.00 for nothing .I'm an electronic technician; simplistically put if you're there to fix a thermostat and don't even look at it, you're ripping people off!!
I have used Rays services for a lot of years , knows his business probably best in the business. When you have a problem he is there, he explains and shows you what the problem.
