We took our Ram 1500 after taking to 3 other shops. The check engine light kept coming on and frequently blinking.. I called them twice a week to check on its status. After 2 months of throwing parts at it and finding no resolution, we were told to pick it up, that it would run well enough to make it home. When we got to the service department we were told just the opposite. The tech said he called Dodge corporate, but they never called him back. Always an easy and pleasant experience with the staff at Ray's Ford. Took my car in for regular maintenance for the first time and the service department was just as awesome as the sales team.
They have always been extremely helpful and communicative. Whenever I have had interaction with sales, financing and service personnel they go above and beyond.
Worked with Dallas when I wanted to buy a new car, incredible person, very polite, patient, followed up with me about the pick up, was very understanding about the transport issues i was having, overall would ABSOLUTELY buy from him again in the future.
