Left floor mats so wet they soured. Rude when I returned, told me he had to use so much water because car was filthy. After job was redone, I checked car before leaving shop, found water in spare tire well, and pads under floor mats sopping wet. Ray was not at shop, called him on phone and was told car was wet because it leaked during rain!! Brought it back while he was there and he was really rude, again said car was wet because it was so dirty. Offered to redo. Quoted $130 got there and it was $150. Did a crappy job, still strains on headliner that they didn't touch. Found pieces of paper towel all over vehicle where they had gotten wet and fell apart so I had to pick out all the little pieces!! They were blowing up my phone at 4 p.m. telling me to come get it so they could leave and I was still at work. DON'T USE....CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE!!! Not very nice either.

Please never go to this man. He rents out a hub at carlile automotive and seems like he is not properly equipped to detail cars. He has a general SUV price of $150 but my SUV was small and I was able to talk him down to 130 since he had no other car that day which I thought was plenty. He promised me it would look like new after he was done, this was a lie. He called me and told me it was finished after just 2 hours.
