I heard 2 - 3 days, thinking that included the day that I dropped my car off (Monday). It was not ready for me to pick up until Thursday afternoon, which I would count as 4 days. I did not feel a sense of urgency from Ray's for getting my car done. 5 Star : Returned Clean

He laid our perfectly how the repair would be done; he dealt with State Farm without an issue; and he returned the Murano to us even earlier than promised. Scott is very personable. Give him a raise.
