I did not have a good experience with this company. I see a lot of good reviews but I don’t know if that’s sure or not. I’m not sure what to say. He came to my house. Give me a quote on some plumbing $1200 seemed like a good price he was literally in and out in four hours for $1200. I wish he was more affordable. He fixed the issue but $1200 for a hot water tank and replaced the kitchen sink. It seems like a lot of money that was just labor. Material was another seven or $800.

Ray and his son did a fairly large job for me and were fantastic. They were quick with an estimate, communicated well, and came when they said they would. They also did a really nice job, tacked on an extra service for free, and cleaned up well afterwards. All for a price that was considerably less than others quoted. I'm very happy with their work and am planning to use them again to install a mini-split AC system.

Paid this place 250 to fix something and 24 hours later it wasn’t working . I called him to come back out and he stopped responding. Now I’m left to call another plumber to do what he was supposed to do. Very sweet guy but i rather not pay 2 plumbers on the same job . Just pick another plumber Schenectady!!! 😩😒🤦🏾‍♀️ and if you do work with them good luck hopefully you and your 7 year old aren’t left without hot water after he fixes the new hot water tank 🙄
