Disappointed with lies Warning to potential customers: Get a written quote with parts AND labor detailed on it. My "quote" only listed the problems, but the prices for parts AND labor were scribbled on a sheet of paper that THEY kept. I learned this the hard way after going to pick up my vehicle and finding out that the total came out to over $300 MORE than what they "told" me.
A+++ Ray's Certified Mechanics keeps the cars in my family safe; the mechanics at Ray's Certified Mechanics literally, have my family's lives in their hands. Over the past 10 years, they have earned our trust, by always servicing our cars in an absolutely professional but still personal manner.
Amazing Killeen's folks always do a great job - let me know the estimate, call me when they know what's going on with the car, and call me promptly to let me know I can pick my car up. The provide a ride for me when I need it. They are friendly yet professional. Most importantly the work they do is reliable and I know my car is fine when they're done with it and ready to roll again. This trust is priceless to me.
