I took my Mercedes to Car's of Distinction for a new battery and an oil change. I also asked for the fluids be checked and topped off.... TWELVE DAYS PASS, I finally am able to get my car back. I checked the oil they changed the oil but no fluid were checked or topped off or checked.... TWELVE DAYS to install a battery and an oil change.....$800.00 later I topped off the fluids, check the tire pressure and fill them up.... another thing that I asked to be done...had to do it myself. This place was a total ripoff. We took our BMW there because it was overheating and after having the car for a week they told us it was the thermostat and would be $200. A few days later we hadn't heard from them and called. They said the car wasn’t running right and they changed the spark plugs and that there was an issue with a fuel injector. My mom took her car here and it was a nightmare from the beginning. We were told so many conflicting things and they just seemed to not know what they were doing. They kept confusing the car with another. One person told us the battery was changed, the next said it wasn’t, and then back again.
