It was ok. The tide was coming in as we started out and the water was so shallow we hit aground several times. Were told the water level is higher in summer.
Its a little hidden gem. If you want to explore the Manatee River and don't have your own canoe...this fits the bill.
Russ and Allie Carlson love fishing that river in our boat, Mark always takes care of us ,has everything you need for a great time. Yeh Man!
We always have an adventure when you go to Ray's hideaway... I love going there
