Had a flat tire on the side of the road at 4:30 in the morning. Not a good experience mostly due to AAA I found out. I appreciate the owner reaching out and explaining Ray's part in my demise. I still feel there is an opportunity for training of John Black and his attitude and not even acknowledging my presence upon his arrival, but accept that majority of the blame of my experience is because of dispatch at AAA.
RecommendedTook about 5 weeks to be able to get my car in so they could start the work from being so booked up in advance. I was told to bring it in on that Monday and would be ready to go on that Friday, well the more they got into the repair there was more damage than what they could see to begin with and made sure to fix everything correctly the first time. RecommendedRay's Body shop has done work for my husband and I several times. they truly are the best in the art of insensible body repair! Recently. I hit an animal on the way to work, and they repaired the body damage. I couldn't even tell there had ever been an accident! they even cleaned the interior & exterior of the vehicle! I would give 5 out of 5 stars! they are always so easy to work with, timely, and always do a fantastic job! Thank you to all the guys at Ray's Body Shop! y'all are the best!!!
I’ve known JERRY and Dale for years and they promised to help me out on my vehicles paint because I worked on their computers so many times for free. So when I showed up, Jerry gave me a price and said he would let me know ASAP when he could get it in the shop! That’s been three years ago and I haven’t talk to them since! I was let down by so-called friends at Rays Bodyshop and they happen to be the owners.
