If you need any work done on your car and you live in the Norfolk VA area go to this shop. I was rear ended on May 28th and filed a claim with Progressive Insurance Co on line. That is when my insurance nightmare began. The people at MAZZELL &RAYS have been fighting the battle with me since day one, and it has been a battle but through their diligence and persistence we finally won. Today is September15. Finally my car is fixed and it looks and drives great. They deserve 10 STARS!!!
Never received my quote for my car it’s been almost 2 months now

Do not let the police take your car here. My vehicle was towed there after being totaled and 2 years later I am finding out they used my temporary tags to go back and forth 22 times through the tunnel. I am now stuck with tolls and cannot renew my license for tolls on a vehicle that was left in their. If you car is totaled have them remove your tags and you take them to DMV yourself.
