Honestly I hate leaving bad reviews but jesh, I think at the bare minimum an experienced hair dresser should know to ask where you part your hair. I left with the weirdest crooked part on the side of my head I don't part my hair, so when I went home and fixed my part my layers are choppy and visibly uneven. She was also nervous to take of 3 inches but than took off 7-8, I measured where my hair fell approximately before the cut vs where it sits after.

Worst customer service ! Just called to book an appointment and I was hung up on. Had to call back and still hung up on, not sure how they expect to receive business with this kind of attitude towards customers.
