They were great helping me with towing my vehicle.
Was quoted a price over the phone. Nice an easy tow keys in it the only thing I asked is that it was here on time and it wasn’t. Then when dropping it off he wanted to charge me more because my insurance is reimbursing me for the tow.

Mathew, Sorry you were unhappy with our service. We are trying very hard to accommodate everyone as soon as we can. I understand that you called ahead. But sometimes we have people waiting in there vehicles on the side of the road or wrecks to pick up. We have been doing an average of 15-20 calls a day when we generally do maybe 10 at the most! 5 stars We had a very scary and precarious accident which put us teetering over a guardrail and over a culvert 25 feet down. We weren’t hurt and we found a neighbor who directed us to Rays. Ray and his co-worker were so amazing. They were able to get our vehicle off the guardrail without even doing damage to the car! They went above and beyond what we ever expected. I had my summer tires changed over to winters and I must say, POOR rating. I went to my mechanic recently to have my summers put back on and he was unable to get the bolts off using a torque gun for big trucks (1200 lb torque) and was unable to even remove them. I had to send my car in for some work at a different garage and he's having a hard time getting them off and said some of the bolts are cracked they were put on so tight. Cathy, I'm sorry if you feel we gave you bad service. We try very hard to give our customers the best service possible. All of our technicians use torque sticks to be sure wheels don't get over tightened. Some times things thing fall through the cracks so to speak. I looked through past invoices and job tickets to find out which tech actually changed them. The only invoices I found with your name were a couple vehicle inspections from 2006 and 2007. Very thankful these guys were able to help me out in a pinch today. It was very close to closing time and I felt bad for calling (I know what it's like to be at the end of your day and have to end up staying late for work, especially on a Friday) but they were right there. Will always recommend this service and thank you for being so pleasant! Definitely made it a not so stressful situation.
