I took my car to this shop to be painted. He had it for 14 months tore it down to the running boards and would not get it together and paint it. I gave him $2500 good faith money. Finally pulled it out of there and he stole the back seat and other parts. Wouldn't give them to me unless I gave him $ 4500 more. He is a crook. Don't take your car to him.
Not to be trusted My wife took her vehicle in to get it restored with approximately 4 month window of completion After excuse after excuse ie: I've got next week blocked out for doing it Fourteen months later we went and took it home however we did not receive all of the parts Even after giving him advanced payment he is holding them hostage for full a amount agreed to In addition Brian then informed my wife that he didn't want to do the job in the first place If he had informed her of that why would she left it there
This was my first experience at Rays and I must say they have my business from here on out. I recieved a more than fair price, top notch- quality work, and exceptional customer service. Thank you for getting me in the shop so quickly Brian! You guys went above and beyond my expectations.
