Our AC went out during a heatwave in Whitewater CA, and I was so relieved when Rays Air Conditioning & Heating was able to come out the same day. The technician, Ray, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable.! He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained it to me in a way I could understand. He had the necessary parts on hand and fixed the issue efficiently. I was very impressed with their service and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing AC repair..!

I found Ray's plumbing just through YELP. I always make an effort to reading the negative reviews 1st, because that gives me an understanding of what type of issues came up with a vendor. Then I read the positive reviews to confirm. As a business owner, I understand the frustration of dealing with bad customers, or customers that just don't know the process of a repair. Ray answered the phone himself and had someone come out to look at my air conditioning unit within 2 hours. After realizing that the unit had reached the end of its life expectancy, Ray provided me with a very reasonable quote and was able to install the unit within roughly 24 hours. I couldn't be happier with the service that I received from Ray and his technicians
