As someone who follows instructions, I’m Definitely frustrated. Nevertheless, I am very Impressed with the customer service provided by Rayplex. I ordered the system 100 epoxy which is clear on both the website and the bottle itself that a 2:1 ratio is to be used. After using syringes to ensure the mix was 2:1 resin to hardener, I applied the mix to a urethane core and immediately tried to slide carbon fibre sheathing overtop. My experience with Rayplex has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. First, they didn’t inform me of the shipping cost upfront, and I only discovered it was nearly 3X the listed price when I received the invoice in the package (says on their website they’d quote me before charging my card). When the product arrived, it was damaged. I immediately contacted them, but instead of taking responsibility, they told me that I, as the customer, needed to file a claim with the shipping company and handle it myself—an i... read more
