They turn the hot water off and don’t even tell you. You could be showering with warm water and out of no where it gets BOILING HOT. Burned my back a few times. Go rent somewhere else. You can tell there’s roaches here bc they never cleaned up the dead ones. Restroom has mold. The tub was painted with the wrong paint so it stated chipping. No AC NO HEATER, bad lighting, over priced (we pay 1,260) only 3 windows in the whole apartment so who ever said we had great lighting here is a liar lmao

I recently moved into this apartment and overall, it has been a great experience. The unit itself is spacious and well-maintained, and with plenty of natural light. The layout is practical, making it easy to organize furniture and feel comfortable. And also love the helpful lady Monica
Great service from the lady at the office Monica it's her name very helpful and works with you to try and get you a place to live the property it's always clean and peaceful
