The two technicians that came out were amazing!! They fixed my garage railing that had been installed crooked. Gave everything a good once over and oiled all parts. Now, my garage door barely makes a sound when operating. I highly recommend their $79 tune up and the $79 planned maintenance plan!
GETTING AN IMMEDIATE APPOINTMENT THE SAME DAY WAS A HUGE PLUS! AND, THE "TECHNICIAN" WAS NOT ONLY GOOD AT SOLVING OUR IMMEDIATE PROBLEM, BUT HE ALSO WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO SHOW ME HOW THE ISSUE BEGAN TO BEGIN WITH! HE WAS PLEASANT AND REALLY GENEROUS WITH HIS KNOWLEDGE OF HIS CRAFT! SHALL USE OVERHEAD DOOR COMPANY OF NASHVILLE AGAIN WITH CONFIDENCE!
Stephen was excellent, showed up on time, offered a solution and options. I opted to upgrade to a better solution which Stephen was prepared to do I felt comfortable working with Stephen and will call on him when or if I have another problem
Great service. The service man was very helpful, explaining what the problem was and providing advice regarding the garage remote . He was friendly and professional. Great service man.
