Excellent service and communication!
We called Overhead Doors to come out and look at an issue with our sensors. The team was very professional and put us on the schedule the next morning. Thier service tech came out and completed the work quickly and the result has been no further issue. We are very satisfied and will call them again next time our garage doors need any service.
I had a garage door emergency. Overhead Door doesn’t stick you in a hold queue. I was given actual quotes and times for same or next day. My technician was Tim Leveillee. His service was prompt, his customer service was superb, and we went above and beyond the call of duty for what was needed for our garage door repairs.
