Also we carry an extensive group exercise schedule that is tuned to fit around any work schedule and has over 45 classes to boot, including BodyPump, Aqua Cycling, WaveMaster Boxing and Cycling! Great atmosphere and very knowledgeable instructors. Large selection of classes, including early mornings. The RAC is a solid gym and a good value.
