A continuously poor experiences over the years insuring my two properties here. No one will respond to my calls or emails for weeks, even the manager. I have tried discussing my home renewal options with my “broker” of which she told me that I should try looking for an insurance company myself. Excuses of how busy they are and why they can’t call back is something I'm not interested in hearing anymore. I was there this morning and James was just great. He answered all my questions and went above and below to find things out I needed to know.Jennifer was also so helpful. I couldn't get any answers from my previous insurance agent and 3 weeks went by and didn't here anything from them so I decided to go elsewhere, glad I did. Big thumbs up for all of James help. It was so much appreciated.
