A continuously poor experiences over the years insuring my two properties here. No one will respond to my calls or emails for weeks, even the manager. I have tried discussing my home renewal options with my “broker” of which she told me that I should try looking for an insurance company myself. Excuses of how busy they are and why they can’t call back is something I'm not interested in hearing anymore. I was there this morning and James was just great. He answered all my questions and went above and below to find things out I needed to know.Jennifer was also so helpful. I couldn't get any answers from my previous insurance agent and 3 weeks went by and didn't here anything from them so I decided to go elsewhere, glad I did. Big thumbs up for all of James help. It was so much appreciated.

I wish there was an option to give no stars because that’s what this experience deserves. I’ve been a regular customer here, visiting about 30 times in total, but today was by far the worst encounter I’ve had. The new staff member, whose name is either Driyton or Draydon,I was so disappointed and I don't wanna know how his name spelled.what I know is it's my first time to see him. provided terrible customer service. It took nearly an hour, and I still didn’t manage to get my vehicle registered for a 24-hour permit. It was cl... read more
