I visited Dr Hidalgo for a routine yearly exam and explained to her that I’ve suffered with a lot of pain during periods for years. Her response was “do you want birth control or naproxen”. Her bed side manner is very friendly so I trusted that she knew best like one does with all doctors, so I took the naproxen. Fast forward to getting a second opinion with another doctor who took my pain serious and ordered an ultrasound (simple enough right?). Dr. Hidalgo was AMAZING! Thank you again for making my visit so comfortable. The nurse that took my vitals was also very nice. My experience with the other nurses and front desk lady who work there unfortunately was not a good experienced. Unfriendly and rude. The 5 stars for Dr. Hidalgo. Thank you
Doctor Hidalgo is awesome, I have been going to her for years. I just wish her staff and front desk at the elston location were a bit more friendly and welcoming.
