This company is a scam. Even though I canceld water service from them, they kept charging me for 6 months and randomly opened my garage door without any notice which is property trespassing and telling me that who took the tank even though their service guy came and took it and yelling me to pay the remaining balance. Terrible experience, don't get service from them they are robbery.

I own a Ryne filtration system and needed to exchange the carbon media in the tank. I called to get a price and was quoted $200 for the service call and $180 for the carbon. The technician came and said that that was the wrong price and he didn't have any carbon with him. I called to make another appointment and was told $200 service call plus $400. If I could give a lower review I would. Rayne installed my water softener and purifier, and the initial install went fine. The problems started when I moved and needed the system transferred to my new home. I called and scheduled an appointment for them to remove the system from the old house. I waited at home for the technician—no call, no show. They also scheduled a separate time to visit the new house ahead of installation, but again, no one showed up and no one called. I am absolutely appalled by my recent experience with Rayne Water. This company has shown an utter lack of professionalism, ethics, and respect for its customers. It started when a representative from Rayne Water showed up at my home uninvited, knocking aggressively on my window. He misled my wife by claiming he was there for a routine maintenance visit.
