Richard Medina did a very good job. He was on time and did his job efficiently.
I love my Rayne water system. My water was really hard. Now it’s soft. It’s effortless. I live in a condo and didn’t have room to install an expensive water softener. This is a tank outside that they change every month. They installed it behind a hedge where it’s invisible. The soft water stopped a lot the plumbing problems I was having due to mineral deposits and it feels great on my skin and hair!

The customer service reps are incredibly nice, but I had to pull the plug on my service because their delivery reliability is terrible. I felt like a broken record having to call them every single month, for the last 6-7 months, just to get our agreed-upon deliveries. The final straw was when they completely missed a filter tank replacement mid March. To make matters worse, we found out they had failed to install the screen filter in the first place.
