This is the unresponsive business I have ever encountered. When they installed my water conditioner, they attached it to an extension cord and left it on the ground. Eventually weeds grew and shorted out the connection and burned the appliance's motor. It also started a small fire that almost burned down my home. I have called Rayne in Seaside six times. They keep saying someone will be out to fix the problem and then nothing happens. Worst company ever
