Tank came to my house on a service call and provided great customer service. He explained in detail everything I should be aware of as a customer. Secondly, I’d like to recognize Dee for her great customer service when I called the company. Rayne Water is lucky to have Tank and Dee as employees.
Our service technician was Tank Llamas. He was very efficient, knowledgeable, and personable. In addition to changing our water filter, he also checked our water softener, answered a few questions about it, and put in a new bag of salt. We appreciate his efforts!
Sam was with Dakota during our RO Filter change and both were very effective and really went outside of the box to check and make sure filters were working correctly! They even checked our water regulator pressure on outside valve! No other installers have gone so far. Sam and Dakota were very friendly and personable. Would highly recommend Rayne Water Conditioning, and ask for Sam and or Dakota!
Dakota Olsen & Sam were out this morning to work on our RO system. They were very professional and got everything working. They were both great to deal with & very pleasant. Next time we need anything on the RO or softner, either or both would be a welcome sight. Thank you!
Rayne Water used to be good but it's gone way downhill. For a long time after I first started renting their water conditioning tank and getting their monthly service I never saw hard water stains on my dark bronze fixtures or frequent rings in the toilet but after a some years I started seeing frequent hard water stains and frequently would see rings in the toilet a lot more often.
