It appears that I’ve been added to the litany of scams that this garbage company has pulled off; unsuccessfully might I add; because what’s done in the dark ALWAYS comes to light. I went to the DMV today to renew my tags and as many commenters have expressed; I, too, didn’t receive the title to my vehicle that I purchased in full, no financing. Travis was really kind and helpful during the buying process, but I never ended up getting the title transferred to my name. He said he would mail the documents to the DMV and I'd get the title in the mail. This was my first time buying a car and I thought that sounded legitimate, but I was wrong. He also printed me off a trip permit that was allegedly good for over a year. I thought he went the extra mile to do that, but after getting pulled over, I learned the trip permit was fake.

Travis was really helpful and got me the car I wanted. I bought a used Toyota rav4 which was in decent condition back in November. I had to get the rear wheel bearings changed and Travis helped me with that even getting parts for the car they didn’t fit unfortunately but it was really helpful knowing that he was willing to go the extra mile to make me happy with my purchase. Anyone else being scammed by these people? We are supposed to get 1000 back from this guy Travis but it's been 1 month since last time we talked with him. We don't have our 1000 dollars back yet.
