Placed an oil deliver order online last month, paid for it but they never delivered the oil. I left several messages to find out why, they never responded. They did refund my money thankfully but terrible customer service.
Raynard Brothers Oil has always delivered top notch service to us . We can always count on Jay to deliver us oil when we need it . Highly recommend 10/10
Have used Raynard for a few years, order and pay on line, delivery a day or two later. Ordered last Wednesday 10am ish and Wednesday, Thursday, Friday , Saturday no delivery and no communication regarding reasons for delay. I Communicated via email, finally a pathetic response about web site down and my order not processed even though I had payment confirmation and normal receipt. Called to see if could manually place order as close to empty….no response….no follow up….feels like they are going out of business or just plain ... read more
Spoke to 2 different people when I called on separate days in regards of getting an oil delivery and was told we would get a call back from the “office” which was never received. I thought I was speaking to the office because who else would be answering calls? Submitted 2 online inquiries about getting an oil delivery with no response. When we are about to run out of oil with a toddler this company was just was not the solution for us. Update December 2024 - Unreliable. Requested oil delivery Monday, still nothing by Friday. They only have a call service and don't actually answer the phone. I left 2 messages and emailed Jay - no response. We were desperate for oil on Friday and I begged to get a response or confirmation so we could either plan on a delivery or make arrangements for another company, but nothing.
