Dr Romero is excellent a Doctor. But his staff never answers the calls. Every time I call. I get busy signal or it rings and hang up on you. I always call several times same thing. I don't understand what the staff is doing but this a Doctor's office they need to answer calls.
Very thorough.. Ex: WBC# low, he reviews other factors. Not an alarmist. My insurance originally referred me to someone who was horrible, I was lucky to get this man. Dr Romero is THE BEST.!!!
