Dr. Ortega is one of the best primary care physicians I have had. He always listens and helps come up with small and achievable goals. Instead of saying “You need to exercise 30 minutes a day and eat better”, he helps you develop smaller milestones.
Dr. Ortega has always been very thoughtful and attentive. Every time I see him for an annual physical he is engaging and makes you feel heard about your concerns. One the best PCPs I ever experienced.
Dr. Ortega takes his time with me, communicates well to my understanding. Thoroughly reading past visits. Nice job !
