Dr. llaurado and his staff have been excellent to me every single appointment i’ve been to. He really listened to what I wanted for my surgery and exceeded my expectation. I am so so happy with my results and I recommend him to anyone who asks who did my surgery :) As a surgical tech, I have worked with him multiple times and he is very caring and does amazing work! So, to have a surgery done by him was a no brainer.
I took my daughter there for her first visit, and he was nothing but gruff. We felt he did not address her issue at all. He told us to return in six months if her symptoms worsened—which they did. We made another appointment nine months later, and once again he completely dismissed her symptoms and became extremely combative when I asked a question. From the initial consultation to post-operative care, my experience was fantastic. Dr. Llguardo took the time to listen to my concerns, explain the procedures in detail, and ensure all my questions were answered, which made me feel very comfortable and confident in my decision. I just had my post op appointment for a turbinate reduction surgery and it has absolutely changed my quality of life. In 8 days I am able to breathe better than I ever could. I am so grateful to Dr. Llaurado and his staff and wish I had done this much sooner.
Dr. Llaurado and his whole office staff are lovely! My treatment here was top notch and highly professional both during office visits and surgery. My quality of life is vastly improved and i would highly recommend anyone seeking ENT/plastics treatment to come here.
