I recently purchased over $12,000 worth of furniture from this store. The delivery was delayed by five days, with the company first blaming a warehouse issue and then the delivery driver. To make matters worse, they overcharged me by $250 for the sofa, and despite multiple phone calls and two emails, I still haven't received a refund after a month. This delay significantly impacted my ability to furnish my living room, and I'm extremely disappointed by their lack of customer service and urgency in resolving this issue.
The emerald green sofa we bought from Wynn at Raymour and Flanigan is stunning! We highly recommend visiting this store on Broadway, NYC! The sofa has brightened up the entire room! Thank you for your help Wynn!
I would leave negative stars if I could. Initially I couldn't get in touch with customer care for over 6 months about my broken bed frame which was under platinum warranty, finally I did and after they determined they couldn't fix it I went in for a reselect appointment, I chose a bed that was more expensive and paid the difference, I was told 6-8 weeks for delivery, 3 months goes by and I hear nothing, I call and my bed has been delayed to 2022 and no one reached out.
