They had make this the worst experience. No one in the location can transfer the call to a manager to help. I have purchased a bed on Saturday November the 8th. Delivery was expected by Tuesday the 11th, I provided my sisters phone number (she had to take off to help me) no one contacted her AT ALL. After we called they said they tried to call to another phone number (customer service was in charge to get all that info correctly, she didn’t) so they said this can be reschedule for Monday the 17th. The worst furniture delivery store. There has been no updates since 4 months. They already charged me for the sofa but there is no signs of delivery. Their customer service number always have huge wait times and their online chat disconnects while waiting. What is going on. Why is nobody responding to this email. Bought a couch set from this location and they sent a defective set. Went back to the store to get a switch out or refund and was accused by store manager (George N.) of staining the set. He also claimed this is something "my people" do all the time. Save yourself the effort and go to Secaucus instead because this store is being managed by R&F most unqualified manager.
