The sales guy was awesome. Super detailed and helpful finding the right mattress and educating us. My only gripe was then they delivered it they wouldn’t take my old mattress away cause it had a small stain on it or my bed frame. It’s just annoying. I feel as though the hall away fee is baked into price so they should credit me something for that. Great product though and sales guy was top notch.

Our sales person John was very good at contacting us without alot of pressure. Very transparent and open. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everyone was very nice, can't wait for our purchase!
