Kyle was a very cool guy and easy to work with!!
Although I was originally very happy with the 3 couches and a recliner that we purchased, I just discovered that one of the couches had previoy been repaired. Apparently, there had been a rip in the leather that they must have repaired, but within a few months that repair began to fail and become visible. This is an unacceptable business practice and I deserve a full refund.
